Manage all tenant move-ins/move-outs, including documentation and security deposit returns

Comprehensive monthly bookkeeping: rent collection, income tracking, vendor payments, account reconciliation
Fee Structure:
Management fees starting at 4% of gross receipts, subject to monthly minimums
Monthly administrative fees based on property size and transaction volume
